Announcing The Finalists For The 2020 Challenge Accepted! Scholarship

Our 2020 Challenge Accepted! Scholarship has kept us busy the past few weeks pouring over all of the incredible applications you sent our way. The law firm of Aghabegian & Associates, PC received an astronomical applicants! Thank you to everyone who took the time to write an essay. We have loved getting to know each of you and hearing about the struggles you have faced in your life.

We started this scholarship because, as attorneys, we face an uphill battle every day at work. Our clients often come to us in their hour of need, frightened that no one will be able to help. We routinely fight against the immense odds, making sure the underdog comes out on top. Knowing that the current generation of high school seniors meets these moments of conflict head-on, confident in themselves and their abilities, has inspired our entire team.

Your essays showed true dedication, tenacity, and passion. We have no doubts that you will all continue to do great things as you begin to enter your professional lives. However, we had to narrow the pool down to just 5 finalists. A round of applause for:

Out of all the incredible essays we read, yours showed the most ferocity and dedication to doing what’s right. We all fail at points in life, but what is truly important is whether you get back up and try again. Unfortunately, we have to choose just one of you to receive our $1,000 scholarship.
