Alan has dedicated his entire career to helping ordinary people rather than greedy insurance companies and corporations. For decades, he has been successfully litigating all types of personal injury matters, including cases involving car and trucking collisions, premises liability, dog bites, and wrongful death. He takes particular pride in handling very tough and complex cases, both big and small, many of which he took on simply because he believed in the case. With every case he takes on, Alan is committed to seeking justice and obtaining full and fair compensation for his clients. For him, there are few things in life that are more rewarding than making sure insurance companies, whose number one priority is to either avoid payment or pay as little as possible, fairly and justly compensate those who have been harmed.
Alan has long been inspired by hardworking go-getters. He discovered his passion for the law at an early age, becoming a law clerk during college. After first obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Northridge, Alan went on to earn his J.D. from Pepperdine Law School, graduating with honors in the top ten percent of his class. He is admitted to practice law in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
In his spare time, Alan enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis (channeling his inner Roger Federer in court—pun intended), and charming the socks off of those around him with his unique brand of humor.
