Andrew Haling is an associate attorney at Aghabegian & Associates, PC. A skilled Glendale personal injury lawyer, Andrew is committed to protecting people’s individual rights. He firmly believes that the goal of progress in society and the purpose of government essentially boils down to respecting the human dignity of all by protecting individual rights, which includes the right to be made whole when injured by another. At the firm, he focuses his practice on representing injured people and their families in obtaining justice against those who caused them harm.
Andrew began his training for the legal profession arguing with his two older brothers at the kitchen table. In these lengthy family arguments, Andrew was frequently the underdog due to being the youngest. His grit to fight back and not be intimidated was further developed by playing ice hockey while growing up.
Andrew attended Arizona State University and, in four years, he obtained two bachelor’s degrees, one in history and one in political science. Immediately thereafter, Andrew attended the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, Andrew was recognized for excellence in oral argument. Andrew found his passion for representing people, not corporations, when he took a trial skills course that focused on a personal injury case. Andrew found his legal calling to stand up for the underdog by representing people against large insurance companies and careless corporations.
After law school, Andrew practiced plaintiff’s personal injury law at a prominent San Francisco law firm. He then relocated to the Glendale area to be closer to his wife’s family. Andrew has experience in handling a wide range of personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and animal attacks. Equally important, Andrew has experience working with clients who suffered a variety of injuries, including but not limited to wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, joint replacements, fractures, and major scarring.
When helping clients navigate the legal system, Andrew strives to be his clients’ protector and guide. He believes that his job is to educate his clients, ensure that they get the medical care they need, and to be their fierce advocate when dealing with the oppressive tactics of faceless insurance companies. Andrew has helped numerous clients suffering from serious injuries, including a 25-year-old woman who was struck by a commercial delivery van while she was in a crosswalk, resulting in a severe brain injury. Andrew was able to secure a favorable settlement for the woman after discovering that the driver of the delivery van had a history of running red lights and stop signs and the woman eventually made a full recovery with proper medical treatment.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time with his family.
